The REF module also covers the conducting of a profitability analysis of planned as well as ongoing renewable energy investments.
This module includes assistance in analysing the legal and technical conditions of a property and in particular the assessment of the legal status of a property and the possibility of its use for a given investment in terms of its compliance with generally applicable laws, local spatial development plan or studies of land development conditions and directions.
At the heart of the REA module is auditing, assessing the energy efficiency of buildings, benchmarking energy efficiency, then implementing appropriate energy optimisations to achieve a state of sustainability.
As part of the REA module, Riva Energy provides services to analyse the conditions of a property’s area in terms of its optimal use for development. In addition, the REA module supports customers in:
obtaining an environmental decision;
obtaining a building permits;
obtaining connection conditions;
obtaining a concession for energy production and trading;
advice on contracts for the sale or lease of real estate, contracts for the construction of a photovoltaic installation, contracts for the delivery of renewable energy components;
support in administrative proceedings, in particular before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the administrative courts.
This module is intended for clients who are in the process of designing their investments, both projects individually created by Riva Energy and projects implemented by Riva Energy as investment substitution.
As part of the REP module, Riva Energy carries out orders for the implementation of renewable energy sources installation projects with the support of industry teams and assistance in the arrangement of the installation project with a certified fire protection expert. The REP module includes in particular the creation of a project concept, a land development plan and the optimal selection of components.
The REP module includes services at every stage of the project.
The REG module covers both the sale or lease of properties from the Riva Finance portfolio, as well as the acquisition and representation in finding property for investment.
The Riva Finance Group’s property portfolio includes:
Land property with connection conditions obtained.
Land property with building permit or development conditions for a photovoltaic installation.
Land property with building permits or development conditions for photovoltaic installation and environmental decision.
The building properties in Riva Finance’s portfolio are those with existing technical infrastructure dedicated energetically to a specific utility function of the building, with the possibility of modification and energy optimisation to ensure its use as intended.
The REG module also provides a service for the construction and expansion of distribution networks (e.g. logistics parks, distribution centres, production facilities).
The REC module ensures the supply of original renewable energy components from Tier 1 and non-Tier 1 manufacturers, in particular photovoltaic panels, inverters, microinverters, connectors, structures, energy storage, heat pumps, photovoltaic glazing, photovoltaic balconies and electric vehicle chargers.
As part of the component supply process, we provide coordination of the procurement process.
The module includes services for the execution and modernisation of renewable energy installations by installers with the required qualifications and experience. The REI module includes, among other things:
construction of photovoltaic installations (ground/rooftop areas)
construction of wind power plants
installation of energy storage systems
installation of electric car charging stations.
As part of the REW module, we provide implementation and integration services for new installations with already existing systems and building equipment in such a way that they operate safely, efficiently and seamlessly.
The RES module covers servicing of the renewable energy installation in operation, ad-hoc inspections and those required by law, as well as assistance in the realisation of warranty entitlements towards the manufacturer due to physical product defects revealed during the warranty period. The RES module also provides post-warranty services consisting in replacement or repair of faulty components in an existing installation.
The REI module is a dedicated service for individual customers in the framework of small-scale renewable energy installations for households. Within the REI module, we provide services for the design and construction of installations, servicing and assessing the profitability of planned as well as existing installations.
Riva Energy’s customers can benefit from our services within one, several or all modules. The provision of services within each module is carried out with the support of dedicated specialists.
